Once your order is processed + payment clears, RetroReclaimations.com will fulfill the order and notify you via email. We ship items one day a week, Saturday. So, please, keep in mind that if you place an order Thursday thru Sunday your package will ship out on the 2nd Saturday.
To reiterate: ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED THE FIRST SATURDAY AFTER WE RECEIVE CLEARED PAYMENT. PAYMENTS SUBMITTED THRU PAYPAL TYPICALLY CLEAR THE SAME DAY + TYPICALLY TAKE LESS TIME TO FULFILL + SHIP.
All packages are shipped & insured via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email upon item(s) fulfillment. Tracking typically takes up to 24 hours to update to real time and is always a little different than where your package is located along its' delivery route.
Shipment dates will vary during national holidays and twice a year during vacation. Customers are notified If there is a change in schedule and IMMEDIATELY notified of any delays or impedance of order shipping.

We offer hassle free, no questions asked returns for the first 7 days after package delivery. Simply contact us at Jen@RetroReclaimations.com and we will explain the return/refund procedure.
☆Item(s) must be in pre-shipping condition and damage free☆
Returns processed on or before the 7th day of package delivery will result in a 100% refund of purchase price minus any monies paid for initial shipping and the cost of return shipping. We do not cover the shipping price for returns under typical circumstances and will determine such on a case by case basis.
TO REITERATE: IF RETRORECLAIMATIONS.COM APPROVES A REFUND, THE AMOUNT WILL REFLECT THE BALANCE AFTER ADJUSTING FOR SHIPPING + SUPPLIES COSTS TO AND FROM YOUR MAILING ADDRESS. THE BUYER IS 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF DELIVERY + RETURN SHIPPING.
When RetroReclaimations.com deems it appropriate, a return will result in a 7% re-stocking fee deducted before the refund is given.
Returns requested after the 7th day of item delivery will be determined at the time of request. We will not provide a refund however, depending on the circumstances we may offer store credit or item exchange. We just ask that you contact us as we are ALWAYS on the side of the customer and simply cannot adhere to a "one size fits all" return policy after the initial 7 day, hassle free return period.
Keep in mind that we sell only pre-used, pre-owned vintage items. They will ALWAYS SHOW SIGNS OF USE. Our suggestion: never expect perfection, always expect quality. So, if you feel that our description of your purchased item does not agree with the item inside your package we will be happy to work with you.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All of our packages are shipped, tracked, and INSURED via USPS. We sell predominantly fragile items that are breakable. Packaging protection is our #1 priority to ensure delivery of intact items. However, accidents do happen and in the event that your package contains broken glass please contact us immediately. DO NOT DISCARD THE BROKEN PIECES until we have given the go to do so. USPS requires proof of damage when filing an insurance claim. You will be asked to take and send copies of photographs to us at RetroReclaimations@gmail.com, obviously we will issue a refund of 100% (including any shipping charges).
WE DO NOT ISSUE PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
