This location is operated by RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar. Throughout the policies, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar. RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar offers this location, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our location and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

    RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar is open BY APPOINTMENT only. Time slots are for one hour and we ask that you please respect shoppers that have scheduled an appointment after yours. **Customers are required to give a 48 hour notice of cancellation when a scheduled appointment may not be kept. If a customer arrives late to their scheduled appointment,  they forfeit the time lost.
Refunds + Returns
    RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar does NOT offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy has been established only for the physical location. Customers are provided ample to to browse, inspect, handle, etc. Items before purchase. There are **NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY**
Holds
    RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar will "hold" items, upon request, for 48 hours. If we are not contacted at the end of this time frame, all items held for 48 hours will be put back on the shelf. Again, maximum hold time is 48 hours after which the customer forfeits all rights to item(s).
Buying Merchandise
    Please do not schedule an appointment with the intent of bringing your items for RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar to purchase
Theft-Liability-Damage
RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar is NOT responsible, nor to be held liable, for you, your belongings or property when you are on the property listed above. This includes vehicles and property on your person.
We will not be held responsible and are not liable to cover the cost of repairs due to damage claimed on the property. This includes , but is not limited to, insurance claims, doctors and hospital bills, and attorney fees.
 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. In no case shall RetroReclaimations Brick+Mortar, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
